Outdoor Portal was established by the Paint & Quarter Horse Foundation Bulgaria as a dedicated resource hub for youth engagement across Europe. Our mission is to bridge the gap between environmental protection and accessibility, providing free toolkits, guides, and publications that empower young people to participate in nature-based education and climate action. We are proud to be backed by the Erasmus+ projects YGBN and NATURAL, which have enabled us to foster a vibrant European outdoor network.
